Why this is different
A Udaipur wedding is a travel problem wearing a wedding dress. Two hundred guests, a dozen airports, elderly relatives who need help changing planes, cousins flying in from Dubai and Toronto who need visas. Planners subcontract that and lose control of it.
We are an IATA accredited travel agency that plans weddings. The tickets are issued by us. When a flight is cancelled at 2am four days before the sangeet, it is our problem and we are already fixing it.
What we take on
You can hand us all of it, or the parts you want handled. Most families start with the venue and the guests, then give us the rest once they see how much of their week it gives back.
Palace hotels, lakeside lawns, heritage havelis, resorts and farm properties. We shortlist against your guest count and budget, take you to see them, and negotiate the contract.
Mandap, stage, entrance, florals and lighting, worked out function by function and executed on site by teams we have used before.
Menus tasted and agreed before anything is signed. Counts adjusted as the guest list moves, which it will, right up to the week itself.
Mehndi, haldi, sangeet, the pheras, the reception. Each one on a timeline, with someone from our office standing there while it happens.
Photography and video, makeup, choreography, music, the pandit, sound and lights — booked, briefed, and coordinated so they are not all calling you.
Flights and trains for the whole list, visas for family flying in, hotel room blocks, airport pickups, and cars between venues. This is the part we do better than anyone.
Where
Our office is in Udaipur, so we know these properties, their managers and their quiet truths — which lawn floods, which lake view is a lake view, which kitchen can actually serve four hundred at once.
How it works
Families usually come to us between six and eighteen months out. Less than that is possible — we have done it — but the good venues in season go early.
Dates, rough guest count, where people are coming from, and the budget you have in mind. No charge, and no obligation to go further.
Three or four properties that genuinely fit, with what each would cost. We take you to see them, or send video walkthroughs if you are not in India.
Every function, every head count, every line — venue, food, decor, vendors, rooms and travel. One document, so you can see where the money is actually going.
Decor, catering, photography, music and the rest confirmed and contracted, with the look agreed function by function.
The guest list becomes an arrival schedule. Tickets issued, visas filed, rooms blocked, cars assigned to flights.
Our people are on site from the first arrival to the last departure. You attend your own wedding instead of running it.
The part nobody else wants
As an IATA accredited agent we issue the tickets directly. Group fares where they help, and changes handled without you being put on hold.
Invitation letters, documentation and appointments for relatives flying in — started early enough to actually arrive in time.
Held across hotels and price points, with rooming lists we maintain as the list changes.
Airport pickups tied to the flights we booked, so a delayed landing moves the car, not the guest.
